SCHELLVILLE 2026 GET HOPPED UP REGISTRATION FORM

We invite you to fill out the following vendor registration for consideration to participate in the 2026 Get Hopped Up Event

Event Details:

Get Hopped Up Beer and Wine Tasting: 
Saturday, March 28th 5pm-8pm
36470 Seaside Outlet Drive Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971 (Behind Tanger)
Setup will be on the skating rink and no skating will be taking place.
We offer tasting pours, we will provide the cups for tastings.
Kleptoradio will be playing on our main stage, right near the skating rink from 5-8pm.
Please be completely setup no later than 415pm.
You may sell your merch, but no alcohol. All merch sales need to be paid directly to you.

Vendor Responsibility

• Vendors must be punctual and have booth open when the event begins and remain open throughout the duration of the event. Setup must be complete by 4:15pm.
• Vendor will provide Certificate of Insurance and copy of Liability Insurance with Schell Brothers Foundation listed as the additional insured. Please see attached sample in the email sent.
• Vendor is responsible for providing tent, table, & merchandise for tasting.
• Vendor is responsible for setup and tear down of their space. 
• Vendors must stay for the entire length of the event. 
• Vendor will provide an invoice for consumed product during the event, by the Monday following the event. 
• Vendor will cross promote event with Schellville
• Vendor will clean up and take all of their trash to the dumpsters on site
